ADULT FITNESS CLASSES

Sports Strength

This class offers plenty of variation in exercise selection and work/rest ratios and will allow you to safely train like an athlete, not a bodybuilder. You can expect a variety of movement patterns to keep things stimulating and fun. If your goal is to become stronger, leaner, and healthier, this class is for you.

Butts & Guts

This class is targeted at developing a strong core and the often-neglected gluteal muscles. You can expect a lot of variation with use of bands, kettle bells, free weights, TRX straps, and slide pads. If you want to improve your athletic performance and posture, and ward off injuries (that weakness in the gluteal and abdominal muscles can lead to), this class is for you.

Sport Conditioning

This class is focused on energy system development through athletic movement. You can expect constant variation in work/rest ratios to maximize conditioning through sprinting, sled pushes, box jumps, battle ropes, etc. If you are looking to improve your metabolic rate and/or target weight loss, this class is for you.

The Grind

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

The Works

This class is a full body workout that includes a combination of High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT), strength, and core work. You can expect a mix of body weight and/or equipment exercises, mini bands, jump rope, slide pads, med balls, sprinting, and much more. If you want to work on your overall fitness in a fun group setting, this class is for you.
